Entering for the 3E Prize requires prior registration. Exhibitor companies or designers should express their interest in entering for the Prize by submitting the application form for the relevant exhibition [ click here to download the application form ]. The application form must be submitted up to 15 days prior to the beginning of the relevant exhibition by e-mail to premio3E@exponor.pt.

Each application will be given a control number which should be used by the competing company when it sends the materials for the competition.

However, the entries will only be formalised once the following items have been sent, in digital format:

a) 1 A1 base Panel, arranged vertically and recorded in a PDF file format, that includes a summary of the design of the stand, in particular illustrations to an appropriate scale and in perspective, three-dimensional or photographic representations.
b) 3 Summary-slides of the project, in Microsoft PowerPoint format.
c) 3 Sketches/ graphics representing the design of the stand, in a JPEG format, 300 dpi resolution.
d) Explanatory memorandum, no more than 1 page of A4, in Microsoft Word format.
e) Logos of the Exhibitor Company and Designer in B/ W version, recorded in a JPEG format.
f) If the author of the design is an Architect, a digital copy of the up-to-date declaration of registration in the Order of Architects or equivalent.
g) If the author of the design is a Designer, a digital copy of the degree certificate or of a declaration of the respective Professional Association.

Entries should be submitted, via the Prize website, by midnight of the fifth working day prior to the start date of the exhibition.

Confirmation of receipt of the entry will be sent via e-mail.

Entries that fail to include all of the items requested, or that are submitted after the stipulated deadline, may not be accepted by the Jury.
